Thanks for checking out the returns policy. I really want you to enjoy your wearable art, but if something does not fully satisfy you, I offer a time-sensitive return policy

I am a solo artist handling the whole production process, from design to shipping. Running a small art business and selling handmade products is incredibly time-intensive, and I can only produce a small number of jewelry pieces each month

For this reason, I am happy to refund the cost of the product, but I will retain $20 to cover shipping costs for the US costumers

    • A return must be requested via email within 7 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be in their original condition (unless damaged in transit).

    • Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receipt. Please send unworn item(s) in their original condition, including tags, polybags, and boxes.

    • Lookingglass reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items have been worn or altered in any way, or if original packaging and tags are missing.

    • Orders cannot be canceled or edited once placed.

    • Items marked SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10–14 business days for your refund.

    • Follow the step-by-step instructions here to submit your return.

    • Place the item(s) you are returning and the return packing slip in the shipping mailer. If available, please reuse the original packaging.

    • Drop off at your local USPS location using the provided mailing address.

    • All international returns are at the customer’s expense. Please ensure that your package is insured, traceable, and prepaid.

    • International customers are responsible for all shipping and duty fees. Therefore, Lookingglass is unable to issue refunds for those costs.

    • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 10–14 business days for your refund.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at ….EMAIL….. with your order number and photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
